*Here's some tips*:
👇⬇️


1.Please do not re-use dental wax because it can cause plaque to your teeth.

2. Rinse your mouth with salt water with is medium warm and not hot.

3.Avoid hot temperature foods and drinks. And if you cannot, try making it cooler. Example= Instead of drinking hot coffee put ice in it or try not to make it hot.

4. Avoid hard/Crunchy foods for atleast a week or so. People say 24 hours but according to experience of braces, avoid or a week or else your pain might get worse and you might break a brace.

5.Do not forget to brush and floss twice a day! Thank you.

Lucky u!! I’m on day 6 my teeth still hurt & in pain!!! I can’t still hardly chew & I’m still getting the pressure headaches.. cold stuff makes them feel better

Edit 1: I'm getting braces in 4 hours! Kinda nervous
Edit 2: Just got them! I got baby blue, yellow, and baby pink for colors. It feels weird on my teeth but doesn't hurt.
Edit 3: by hour 3 it hurts really bad for me. Probably because I got a entire set of braces. Top and bottom, and my molars. If there was a pain scale of 1-10, it would be a solid 9.5

I got braces yesterday and this morning they were hurting so bad. 😢 For anyone worrying about how the actual process feels it doesn't hurt at all. But whatever they use to keep your mouth open is super uncomfortable. Other than that it goes pretty smoothly and your teeth should be sore for a few days. :)

lol, I got braces exactly on the day this video was posted :) July 19th
for anyone about to get them, they hurt at first, but once you have them on you won’t even notice them. gud luck

i know this is late, but the little metal parts that stick up are for rubber bands. not sure if you’ll use them seeing as you only have braces on the top part, but rubber bands put more pressure on the teeth to get them where they need to be before your next appointment

The metal thingies are for rubber bands. You have to use them when you have an overbite, underbite and things like that

I’m getting braces in 3 weeks😅I’m pretty excited though cuz I’m excited for my smile to end up perfect
