Notes:

Loose belly fat - common causes:

Lordosis (over arching lower back)
- [ ] Vacuum exercise
- [ ] Plank

Bloating

- [ ] High sodium, dehydration, carbonated drinks, lack of fibre
- [ ] Increase your potassium intake
- [ ] Drink more than two litres of water in a day

Poor posture

- [ ] Loosen chest and shoulders muscles: Stretching these muscles Pull-ups, door frame exercise

Excess visceral fat
- [ ] Avoid transfats: reduce the intake if vegetable oil, avoid backed and fried food
- [ ] Full body work out

Menopause

- Eat healthy fats and strengthening training

Beer belly
- Don’t drink beer

Hormonal changes
- Eat nutrient dense food
- Strengthening training

I work out and have been for 7 years I’m 28 back then I used to eat whatever and gain weight evenly but now I just gain weight in my belly only

I’ve been skinny most my life (120-135 lbs) during high school. After graduating I started heavy drinking and eating fast food until I got to 175 lbs. I’m 35 now and 2 months into running and lifting. I do at least 2 miles and weights 4 times a week. My arms are getting bigger but my belly is still there. It’s not exaggerated but on my slimmer build it pops out
