Hey Friends! Take some time today to join me for this 20 minute standing only Yoga class. We will move strengthen and stretch our muscles all with out making our way down to the Earth. We will focus on our breath in each pose as well as taking deep full breaths between each pose to cultivate a calm relaxing standing yoga practice. This class is also gentle enough for new moms and newly pregnant moms to be. These are great stretches and yoga poses you can do daily to quickly improve your flexibility and reduce your stress.
