20 minutes of standing stretches that don't require any equipment. If you are limited in space, or perhaps at work and need to refresh your mind and body, this is a great sequence of stretches to get the kinks out and get the blood flowing.

Cheryl. EXCELLENT !! Now 70 years old, teacher, trainer once Tae Kwon Do instructor - very clear, detailed and able to follow. ADmitably only 7 minutes problem of pain in feet due to bending back toes when young to break wood. Certainly going to watch again. Even though losing weight, much exercising and a healthy diet always wake like the living dead and takes two hours to become human and do anything. Tried Yoga and other stretching gurus but always to critical and find flaws, with you, none. Thank you.

I just discovered your channel. I am very happy with the stretching exercises. I am almost 70 (in May) and am working toward a regular stretching routine and staying flexible enough to be able to do floor exercises too. Thank you for your good instruction. Namaste!

Thanks for this! You seem more knowledgeable, relaxed and sincere compared to a lot of these influencer yoga instructors and I appreciate that. Also enjoyed the standing yoga, this really gave me a good stretch. I will subscribe and liked the video.

Thanks Cheryl, so happy to find this beautiful standing practise . I am recovering from knee surgery ( TKR) and so frustrated in not being able to kneel etc . However this lovely standing flow put a big grin on my face ❤🤗namaste

I loved the flow in your yoga sessions.. Not very used to standing stretches but loved this mildly challenging one. Gonna do this stretch again soon ❤❤❤❤

Thanks for the video! In a future one, you could have half the screen show you from the side, the other half from the front. The audio was “fuzzy“ towards the end, but it was clear what you were doing.

Appreciate standing yoga b/c my back pain triggers from sitting on the mat, and the screen is easier to see! Thanks for the video!
