I’ve seen my husbands texts from me and the only ones available are the ones that make me look bad. This is why I take photos of all the texts I send and he sends. Protect yourself.

From that I glean to never text a narc. I use email to communicate with the city re: my narc. neighbor! Then I can print out the emails that go back and forth with the city.

This is the plain truth when it comes to working with these types of people. It never ends and I’ve learned to create strong boundaries and have the least amount of interactions with these types overt and covert narcs. Working people, I completely empathize with you all. Stay Strong.

I really believe it now. That my family hated me so much because I was just happy, in my own skin, just being me. They were twisting and turning, writing scripts, adopting personas and I was, genuinely, oblivious!

OMG...the text messages. He did exactly that, and even printed them off to show people. Without his freakazoid texts, my responses seem unhinged and delusional. Evil, horrid man.

These videos are a god send danish! Wish you were around years ago when I was going through my post narcissist abuse too! Please could you do videos on narcissist in court and battling parenthood with them etc I’m finding it so hard to parent with my ex narc husband and the damages he’s causing indirectly to kids

Yes everytime we fight he says to delete messages. If I send him series of messages during fight he doesn't read one and says delete all.

Yes this is so true. Had my ex sending emails and texts for days and I finally lost it after all the disrespect and antagonizing. I responded, he took my messages, deleted allll of his and forwarded to his family saying “This is what she does to me.”

Mine had a different pattern like not responding at all and questioning me why not I say it when we were face to face. he never liked text messages and never replied to any that needed owning something he said something he did. He always thought i was complaining when I really just wanted him to listen to me and understand I was hurting.

I dealt with one like that. I found the only solve was to no contact and block him at every angle. I shut down so much social media, and I kept screen shots. The only problem was getting help in another country is impossible. The lady that was in ministry of external affairs died, and she was kind and might have helped, but she would have been my only real hope.
