My trauma counselor had me bring up a traumatic memory & begin changing the ending, where I wasn't helpless & I stood up for myself. Instead of feeling scared & ashamed I now feel empowered & prepared to defend myself in similar situations.

Take risks, no matter the cost. You are not going to suffer a loss. You are going to be fine after. Do the hard stuff even if it is only thinking. Danger feeling and fear destroys dreams.

This is good information to implement for trauma and goes along the lines as Tim Murphy p. H. D. Former us congressman on the issue of trauma. His book, The Christ Cure, excellent, also for p. T s d military and all those traumas that have come at us in so many ways.

We ask to be stronger but then question why so many troubles and then call it trauma ... We ask to have a better life but then people ask why it is so hard ... EVOLUTION of humans in last 10k years ... just think about evolution .... now frame it in a lifetime ... yeah you got it ... good job ... we are blessed to be able to interact more and evolve more in a shorter period of time.

I removed all the bad memories out my mind only positive thoughts happiness and having love with a real family meaning they care for me as much as I care for them never dwell on your shortcomings

Too many traumatizing memories from childhood and now I am at 33, moving to 34.

Thank you Jordan. Your videos and speeches are helpful. Your insight is invaluable.
But I want to say that in my experience as with working with Shaman and listening to Indian yogis and Native Elders. The best way to deal with anything is to simply relax and let go. Continously doing this let's the energy move. Instead of bieng so caught up psychologically and looking for a hammer when the mind doesn't work that way.
Surrendor is key.

Than we can better work through trauma. Or chaos, however it may be. Michael Singer teaches these things well...

Keep doing what you are doing, you have a gift. I hope to see you live again. 👊

The one thing about people is 18 months is alot of people who don't want to understand. Forgive and forgive and forgive. It's people who understand your pain. Never fixing it

One of the ways I escaped from negative thoughts was to visit graveyards it gives you a sense of it’s still going to be Great

He is right, Just begin this with a professional. A counsellor/psychologist will give you insight into what you are/what you need. Nothing in my professional life gave me the tools/understanding to deal with my issues. Just begin, good luck. You are worth it.

Ross Jeffries teaches this exact thing but when it comes to women and relations, run it through your mind at will, and think what could have done better, imagine the situation going that way and so on how awesome !

I would add, that in my opinion You want to not just bring yourself to this trauma states, that is just insufficient. You may want to first take off your mask, and bring thoose past emotions to the table, other way its just memories of a unknow emotionally pain. I suppose we want to merge thoose emotions with our psyche. Only then they can be rid off

Trauma is overstimulation to your brain, trauma leaves by itself if you let it leave. Pushing against trauma puts you down as it creates more pressure upon you. By relaxing trauma will leave you simply spoken. Speaking from experience

My trauma was from people lying and being pasdive aggressive and a fake person. It had nothing to do with race or physical violence it had to do with people plotting against me. From what I can tell I put an end to all of that. Or people just got better. Its been tgis the entire time
