Omum(Ajwain) kashayam(boiled extract or soup), chukku(dry ginger) Kashayam, the tough one - neem leaves juice raw or boiled once to twice a month are the most valuable tips given by my grand mother!

I am 82 y old n I have daily free motion. Those suffering from constipation can try this for regular free motion everyday. Take half cup of instant oats, add two glasses of water n cook for 3 minutes. Eat after it cools down to warm. Oats have fibre which helps in free motion about half hour after eating.

All good advice. I am a vegetable soup lover and this works for me if I have it every day. While I am out and about I will buy vegetables: carrots broccoli cauliflower cabbage brussles and anything I can make a soup with. As long as I have onions potatos and veggie stock cubes I can always make soup very quickly. If there's not a lot of time I will open a tin of vegetable soup. Always eat wholemeal bread if you must have bread. Brown rice is excellent too. For those who are always out and about with their work this is difficult so you must make sure you have access to fruit.

I am normally very regular with my bowel movements however a heavy intake of painkillers following a procedure made me worried after returning home from hospital stay. Although I was given otc medication I did not want to take it and opted for normal home remedy which is when I came across your video. I used the mint and ginger tea decoction . It took me full 12 hours but relief came eventually. Regular people usually panic under these circumstances but it is important to stay calm and trust . Thanks again.I wish hospitals use and prescribe these remedies instead of relying entirely on allopathic cure.

Yes.
Video is great. All are pin point.
Just maintain potassium balance in blood. Otherwise any tips is useless.
2) increase probiotics foods & drinking sufficient water 3-4ltr.
3) physical activities

Medicine sucks. Do this naturally. Otherwise you will depend always on medicine. More medicine more destruction of stomach.

This is common for Indigestion stomach person

Let try, the simple way could solve your constipation: After waking up in the morning, before doing your teeth hygiene: 1) Take a small sip of warm water, 2) eat a fresh pear, (3) drink a cup of warm water. Pear has enough fibre for your body need for a day, and good bacteria in your saliva could help the first activity/ingestion of the digestion system. Good luck.

1) Soak 5 to 6 pieces of dry grapes overnight and drink in the early morning .

2) during bed time drink half glass of warm cow milk with 2 spoons of castor oil
