5 Reasons You Are Always Tired After 50 | Bad Sleeping Habits | Are You Tired?
Показать описание
Is it normal to feel tired? It’s common, but it’s not normal. In today’s video, I’m going to cover 5 reasons why you’re always tired and what to do about them.
And I am not talking about just crashing. I am talking about lacking energy throughout the day, and struggling to get restful sleep.
Here are the 5 reasons you are always tired:
Reason #1: TOO MUCH CAFFEINE. Your body doesn’t need as much caffeine as you probably give it. Consuming caffeine can provide a short term effect. But too much caffeine and your body becomes accustomed to it. When your body becomes accustomed to it, you feel like you need to keep drinking more, and that makes things worse. To increase energy you’ll actually want to cut back on caffeine and use it in a more balanced way. Try not to drink coffee until 90-minutes after you get up and cut off caffeine around noon if you can.
Reason #2: LOW TESTOSTERONE LEVELS. Testosterone is a hormone that helps men build muscle and burn fat. It’s responsible for sex drive. What a lot of guys don’t know is it helps with energy too. In fact, that’s one of the biggest differences men notice after boosting their testosterone levels.
To boost your testosterone levels; improve your sleep, follow a resistance training program, and get more sunlight. You can even use a natural t-booster like ours - Anabolic Reload. One of the most common reviews we get from our customers is since taking Anabolic Reload they notice an almost night and day difference in their energy levels. Reason #3: NOT ENOUGH SUNLIGHT. If you work in an office and don’t get much sunlight, it can lower energy levels. Sunlight sends signals to your body that it is daytime, which helps keep your energy levels up. If you work inside, try to make a regular practice of getting out and taking a walk to get sunlight and keep energy levels up.
Reason #4: YOUR NUTRITION. You want to eat a diet rich in nutrients and vitamins and minerals. Most of the foods we eat today, if it’s processed food, don't have nutrients that help your body stay energized. When you begin to have nutrient deficiencies, it takes a toll on your energy levels.
Reason #5: YOU AREN’T SLEEPING WELL. Sleep is when your body recharges, like recharging a phone battery overnight. If you’re only getting 5-6 hours of sleep you’re not going to have as much energy as you would having gotten 7-9 hours of sleep. More isn’t always better. 9 hours is probably around the max amount of time you want to sleep. Keep your room cool and dark to try and maximize the amount of hours you sleep. Don’t drink too much water before bed so you don’t wake up in the middle of the night. Prioritizing sleep can have a big impact.
Make sure you make any needed changes to your routine now that you know these 5 things can be affecting your energy and making you tired. Improve your sleep and habits to feel tired and more full of energy throughout the day.
