20 Min Morning Yin Yoga | Slow Stretch For Full Body Tension Relief

Ease into your day with this 20 minute Yin yoga class. This one is great to do first thing in the morning when your muscles are cold.

We will hold static stretches to get deep into the muscles and connective tissues. This should help to melt away any tightness or tension you are feeling from the night before whilst improving your full body flexibility.

Asanas include Dragon, Melting Heart, Caterpillar, Supine Twist with Eagle Legs and Reclined Butterfly.

We'll be holding these asanas for about 2 minutes each. This class is suitable for all levels and you won't need any props.
