Thanks. The second reset worked for me. Almost every time Windows does an update, it will no longer recognize my printer as being there or on. Once I either restore to a previous save point it works again. I've tried running the troubleshooting program and it doesn't recognize the printer either until I uninstall the updates. I can't figure out how to contact windows to let them know that they have that continuous bug almost each time (so that they can pay more attention to that before release). But thanks for your information. I have liked and subscribed.
