Recipe -

Frozen broccoli (fresh works too)
1 cup frozen peas (fresh works too)
1 cup rice (I use frozen to make cooking time faster)
- heat on the stove until defrosted (about 10 mins)
- top with:
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- mix well and enjoy.

Love the fast and easy recipe/idea. If it takes too long or too much effort, it makes it difficult to stick to my goals. Broccoli is important, peas 🫛 are my favorite! And a grain/sead/lentil with some spices and some kind of "sauce" is fast, flavorful, filling, hits all the goals while keeping me in my goal lane and not feel regret. Thanks!
