This has been my go to recipe for pizza dough for about a year now. I made the dough one day with intention of making pizza the next day. Something came up and the dough was in the fridge for 2 nights. Wow…it was even better!

I made your dough recipe yesterday, and made my pizza, today! I used my own home grown tomatoes & heirloom grown tomatoes, to make my sauce. I put Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Sweet Yellow Bell Peppers, Sweet Onions, Black Olives, diced Green Chilis, Sweet Black Forest Ham, and lots of Mozzerella Cheese. OMG....my husband is in my pizza. He loves the crispy, thin crust with the great flavor & a slight sweetness from the honey. Making him the second one, tomorrow. Oh Lord....I'm going to be making pizza for the rest of my life, I bet....lol....😳💖

I've been making this dozens of times and it never fails. First time was a practice run considering I've never made pizza before, so it didn't turn out perfect. Ever since it's been delicious. top it with tuna, ham and pepperoni. One of those pizzas will last for 2 meals for a grown man that will fill you up! it's cheap, delicious and relatively easy to make, tastes good even if microwave reheated leftovers, just lot of prepping that is all but it's well worth it.
only changes I've made is that I use bit less salt in the tomato sauce and I press the dough straight to an oven plate and the pizza bakes fine in 250 Celsius which is just under the burning point of conventional oven paper.

I made this dough then realized it had to rise for 4hrs & sit for 24hrs. I had to come up with another meal for my family. The next day I made the pizza and OMG! It was amazing, my family loved it they Said it was restaurant quality. We will never have to pay $40+ for pizza again. I will have this dough pre-made and on hand from now on. Totally worth the wait.

My sister got me into your videos.
Our dad owned and operated a small Italian restaurant and we grew up in it. Every day after school and on weekends we would be there watching our dad make dough in huge batches.
Watching you stretch out the dough took me back and gave me a big smile .

Pizza is all about the pizza dough! I tried to buy pizza dough from my favorite places and wondered what the secret is for the crispy chew. Never thought I would be able to do it at home with some failed attempts that was not worth making again. Natasha you are awesome. This recipe is no joke the best dough ever. I made your pizza dough recipe with the tomato sauce and cheese and my kids loved it, especially my 6 year old. Made a taco pizza too. The best part is getting all the kids to help out. I am so glad that I finally found the "Best Pizza Crust" and fool proof dough.

I made one mistake. I didn’t let the dough come to room temperature before starting to form it. The first half, I really had a hard time stretching it but it looks really good as it is cooking. The second half I will let it reach room temperature. It is the best pizza 🍕 dough recipe that I have come across. The prepping was worth every minute. Thank you for sharing 👍🏾
