2 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles

Soft, sweet, and simple! These little chocolate truffles make the perfect handmade gift for anyone. Tag me if you tried this recipe!

Ingredients:
160g Condensed Milk
40g Cocoa Powder

Instructions:
1. add condensed milk to bowl and microwave for 30 seconds
2. add cocoa powder to bowl and mix together
3. add mixture to new square bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour
4. dust table and take out the chocolate from fridge
5. dust chocolate and use a knife to shape and cut pieces
6. add more cocoa powder as you cut
7. shape and round the edges and you’re done!

I made it,
taste : exactly liked dark chocolate
Texture : a bit like mochi, soft but it melted fast so I don’t feel the texture much

I use semi sweet chips with a can of sweetened condensed milk and melt chips, add milk, and when it's melted and looks shiny, take off the heat, and add a tsp of vanilla
Let it set and cool. Then i roll out balls. And roll those in chopped nuts, colored sugars, any topping you like you can use. Dip after rolling your balls. BC it will stick, and after you've made your balls and added any or no topping, put in the fridge to completely set. They will melt in your mouth! So goos!
