If your finger doesn’t touch the mirror and the mirror is thin it’s not 2 way, Turn on your flashlight and camera and pull it up to see if you can look into the other room. Pull a smaller mirror up to the mirror and if it reflects darker then it’s two way since regular mirrors reflect lighter.
