My routine: every morning!

4 x 5min sets = 20 mins (3/4 sets for maximum muscle gain)
After every minute, i change to another bicep exercise using bands
go at your own pace rest when needed, get back into it no rest for 5 minutes.

I rest for 30/45

then 500 Pushups. No diet, but i eat responsibly.
