✔️ 10 Booty Band Lower Body Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest per exercise)
✔️ NO REPEATS (perform each move x1)

I just want to thank you so much for your workouts. I’m 40, on baby #13 (29 weeks), and your workouts have helped strengthen my pelvic floor so much! It’s amazing! I feel that most of your workouts target those muscles and at the very least don’t do things to weaken them. I’ve been looking for workouts like yours for years! I love this exercise, but would love more with the heavier fabric bands! I've been traveling a lot for work, and it would be great to squeeze these in!

Are the bands you’re wearing the fabric ones? I bought some of those on Amazon but they are hard to stretch. I can stretch the rubber ones, but they roll up when I use them (even wearing leggings).
