So helpful ! I went away during the summer and got off my wagon. Gained almost 12 pounds !!! Never have I ever gained weight if not being pregnant. I made all the mistakes in this video as I was in another country. Came back and began doing everything autumn has taught me and I lost my 12 pounds in just matters of 3 weeks ! Man how I missed my intermittent fasting. Autumn can we have avocado with a spinach omelet ? Also how about your pancake recipe with scrambled eggs on the side? Or would this be too much fat added? Thanks in advance!

So like I've stated in another of your clips..I've wight gained..got saggy skin..I'm 64 do as much walking as possible..been doing I.f for 6 months..nothing..I've been having protein cut whey back on sugars nothing..I've been doing 16/8..feel my body got used to this now..nothing at the end of it.

Hey Autumn, are juices that are hand squeezed/homemade just as bad as store bought ones? I imagine the store bought juices have more added sugars and other things in them that aren't great, but at least if you juice your own fruit at home, you know what all is in there, but there's probably still too much sugar, right?

Could you recommend a good cottage cheese?! I’ve found that cottage cheese lately tastes TERRIBLE!! Been trying to find and just haven’t been able to find a good one, they’re either to runny or to pastey and just taste funny!!! I LOVE Greek yogurt though!

Hi Autumn! So, I'm pretty sure I'm insulin sensitive. Unfortunately. I did lose 34 pounds following your advice, meal plan, etc. but I have been stuck for over a year. I would like to lose about another 8-10 pounds, but it's not coming off. Do you have any thoughts on how to not be so insulin sensitive? Is there a way to reverse it?
