INGREDIENTS
3 large eggs at room temperature
2 tablespoons (30mL) water
¼ cup (60mL) heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon (5mL) apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon (13g) granulated erythritol
1 cup (100g) blanched almond flour
1 ½ tablespoons (10g) coconut flour
¼ cup (28g) golden flaxseed meal
½ teaspoon (2g) powdered psyllium husk
1 ½ teaspoons (6g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (3g) salt
1 tablespoon (10g) chia seeds
1 tablespoon (10g) poppy seeds

pumpkin and sunflower seeds
black and white sesame seeds

Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 50-60 minutes.

Yields 10 slices (macros per slice)

I made this yesterday and it was very good. I added some hemp seeds along with the chia seed and poppy seed. I had to make 2 mini loaves, didn't have larger pan. They are really small loaves but very good. Had to cut them horizontally for a bigger size for sandwiches. Next time I would double the recipe and instead of adding 4 eggs I would do the 2 eggs and 2 egg whites.

Wow, this one looks really great. I just bought another size that you had suggested for another recipe, a Fat Daddio 6.375 x 3.75 x 2.75 Inch. Hopefully this one will work ok (I think so…). Hope you have a good week!
