As a sprint freestyler, the thing that made me go from lsc champs to zones was that every part of the race needs to be perfect. Every part of your technique, ie don’t rely on your legs or arms only, every part works together to make your races better. Perfection and hard work is key.

Recovery phases of arm can be assymetrical.
You can rotate to the one side more than to other. So, the elbow in air of one arm will go above your head but another arm has the option to make wide low recovery on side, without high elbow in the air.
You may switch the side where your body rotate more to.
It helped to get rid of tired shoulder.

My tip is if you are a sprinter . The main thing you need to focus is explosive Force . So when you are training at gym try to explode .
