I am actually training for my first triathlon in November in Diani beach, Kenya. What drills should I work on. I learnt my free style swimming through YouTube. I am okay as a swimmer but need to be ready by November 2020

13 yrs old, very fit mainly because of swimming and sports as a whole, very high stamina (can swim for 2 hours non-stop) but stuck in quarantine and I am worried I will lose muscle and stamina, trying to home workout and treadmill and all that, but that can only go so far? any tips or any exercise ideas to retain stamina and muscle mass/strength
thanks!

Hi GTN I've been swimming for triathlon as approx 3 years but I can't seem to better my pace I had been doing 2 swim sessions a week 1 endurance and 1 speed plus run and cycle. I've had swimming lessons my technique is good I swim a strong pace at 2.06 for full distance. I'm a large built man broad shoulders 6ft weight 102kgs ex rugby player. What my question is? Because of my body type and large build is it possible for me to get faster? Would losing 20kgs of body weight/fat help me gain speed for the same effort I've been told it shouldn't make any difference. Any viewers any experience that could help me out? Many Thanks Marshall...
