I am doing exercise since 10 years i can say that loosing belly fat is not as easy in video its just encourage you to hit i am not saying it doesn't help as you should be mentally prepare as well as physically because some times if you are fat and doesn't have enough energy to hit it you may get injuries like joint pains and muscle people think skipping food makes them loose weight but thats is not good idea proper nutrition diet is important and effective exercise and good sleep works very well no need to do hard just be in consistent for a time think a beginner should take atleast 5 to 10 days for stretches and warmup his or her body to prepare for starting the exercise Which help them feel energetic and they can get motivated and they can realise about them self what they want weather to go for more or go for more strength foods to hope everyone get gymmers they well know they can do according to thier beginner must seek any professional help for proper am not professional its my experience as keen

I do 250 pushups a day along with a post workout of 28 exercises . This is worth 2 hrs of training every single day . But I still have body fat . On the bright side my triceps and chest are more defined now.

Ive been doing my push ups exercise now for 1 month and 12 days and the result is really good.
I started 12 push ups 5 times a day and 3 days after 15 5 times daily then a week after 20 times 5x a day then 14 days later i started 25 5x a day and then 30 5x day on the 30th day i started 30 7x a day until today planning to moved up to 40 next week.
My waistline is 36 inches when I started down to 32 with no diet only pure push ups.

Somebody should teach him how to do proper push ups. Instead of 100 only 30 quality pushups would give much better results.

I did 100 pushups a day for 30 days but it wasn't affected me like he is showing, for belly fat you have to walk and do some other exercises...

For those people want to do 100push for 1month this is my experience and how can maximize your result

1)eat 1times a day without diet
2)milk/protein or mineral
3)do push up to break your limit

Result will be started to shown in 11-17day after pumping
20days will started getting relax form
30days 2nd-3rd pump

Will be pretty good at least better how you used to be

I already did 46days the result is satisfying I did 2month challenge to strength my arm
