Big brother Jose, I am 15 and I lost about 10 pounds by following your workout and I learn lot’s of things about style and grooming. These are all 30 seconds each with 10 seconds rests in between:
1.Jumping Jacks
2. Wall Sits
3. Pushups
4. Crunches
5. Step Ups (Alternating)
6. Squats
7. Tricep Dips
8. Plank
9. Running High Knees
10. Lunges
11. Pushup to side plank
12. Side Pushups (15s each side)

Thank you for giving an easy and simple video to workout without equipment. I cannot stress the amount of displeasure I have whenever I see someone saying quarantine is ruining their gains just because gyms are closed.
