I actually used to find manipulative to dig into prospects' pain. It's hard for me to comprehend now ha ha, but it really was the case. Well, it is NOT manipulation if you know what you offer will benefit them greatly, and indeed, fear of change is THE obstacle in most sales, so we have to help prospects overcome their own procrastinations!

But do offer services and products that actually benefit others... So many salesmen have zero ethics as long as it pays. No wonder people in general look down on us. If you're good at sales, simply find something to sell you believe in! You'll sell more anyway!

That repeat of what they said is classic in sales. But, the spin on how it's said is the difference. I believe zig was doing that in the 50's?
