You shouldn't test your 1RM unless you're an experienced lifter - but estimating it is essential for PICKING THE RIGHT WEIGHT FOR YOUR LIFTS! 🧠💡

If you don't have access to a 1RM app, you can also calculate an estimate of your 1 Rep Max with the Epley formula:

▶️ lifted load x (1 + number of reps / 30) = 1RM estimate
