Fasting is not only to improve our health, but also to improve our character

As science says when we practice something continuously for 28 days, it will become our habit

As Prophet muhammad pbuh said that a fasting person should not lie, use foul words or fight or be angry with others .
If we practice this for this whole month, it will become our habit at the end of ramadan, we will come out as a better person after this Ramadan both physically and mentally, we can get rid of anger issues and so many ill behaviors 😊in shaa allah 👍

We eat dates and other more basic food in Ramadan. Fast food is not an option in the Iftar meal, usually.

Ppl seems to forget that. We muslims been fasting for generations, frm since when fast was prescribe to us muslims, no one in history has died from it. For example most ppl in Africa that fast don't have enough to eat yet alone eating healthy all the time but they still fast every Ramadan and they live longer than us in the advanced countries and European countries. it is Allah who gives and take life, guide and protect. You can eat healthy everyday and still have issues within your body. I don't think the doctor has done any research about muslims foods. We don't eat junk when we brk fast we eat proper food. But we appreciate your hard work bro posting the Islamic videos.

Yup thats true even the most junk food addicts Muslim has a healthy diet in Ramadan.everyday is like having a feast and there are lots of healthy starter with milkshakes or drinks high in glucose to keep oneself hydrayted and after prayer we move onto main dishes and after the last prayer we drink healthy drinks . I think the most important factor that encourages Muslims to eats healthy is eating together not only with ur family but friends and relatives as well since one takes care of what they are eating when there are with others more than being alone therefore it is highly encourage to eat fruits, vegetable and dates and milk and stuff and eat it together.
