Yes! If I don't meditate in the AM, I feel off. I like setting a meditation timer. However, afternoon or evening may be a second session.

I wake up write my dreams down, go to the bathroom come back yoga deep breathing meditation and journal about my emotional journey. I really didnt know how much inner work needed to be done but im so excited to start

I’ve been doing this for the last month religiously and had two days “off” based on a schedule challenge and I truly felt the chaos without my morning scaffolding in place.

Sacred Woman: A Guide to Healing the Feminine Body, Mind, and Spirit by Queen Afua is a great book that helps with creating positive feminine morning rituals. I'm reading it right now and it's really helpful. I created my space in the form of an alter and every morning I get up to meditate, do yoga and work out. Thanks for the positive message! Great message! Quick bit of viewer feedback: The noise from your bracelet(s?) can be distracting at times in your videos. Whatever mic setup you're using is great—your voice comes through clear and strong—but every shake of the bracelet gets picked up too and it sometimes overlaps your words.
