GREAT ! I just broke my 49 Hr. fast before watching this and I did have Sauerkraut & 1/2 of Avocado YUM YUM !! also had a little "Fire Stone " bone broth, Had plenty of GABBA

I've heard that fermented foods can be hard on your stomach after a 48hr fast? I just broke mine with bone broth and some chicken (salt and pepper). I feel great! Anyways, fermented foods are good after a longer fast then?

A bit confued on the order I should consume these. I was thinking my Ghee & MCT oil Fat Tea with Prebiotic fibers and Cacao powder 1st, 30 min later Avocado with Saurkraut, and 30 min later bone broth. Is that ok or should I change it

I do a one day fruit fast followed by a water only fast and make it last 42 hours. To break the fast start on fruits for half a day and finally a normal full meal. Is that ok, Dr?
