All very well. I am 88 and disabled and cannot go for walks! I have taken melatonin for about 10 years, 3mg. Each night, and feel very well on it. I do not live in a city, and use no fluorescent lights. I am in tge UK. I think with me the benefits very much outweigh any negatives.

Taking 6 mg Melatonin lowered my blood pressure to healthy levels in a short amount of time, I didn´t have to take blood pressure medicine because of it. It got rid of my heard burns at night, my sleep cycle has drastically improved. But i´ve only taken it for a couple of months so I i´ve not experienced the long term effects. After watching this i´m thinking of only using it when i need to get up early in the morning. I´ve had trouble sleeping my whole life, i´m taking magnesium at night but it only relaxes me a little bit, Melatonin is the only thing that´s been working so this video is bad news for me. I live in Sweden where it´s dark almost all the time during winter and late fall.

Dr Berg, This was a very informative video on melatonin, which I have been studying and using for several years. I never thought there were any major downsides to using it and I had slowly been increasing the dosage as it is neuroprotective. Unfortunately I found out different as I am also taking medication for hypertension. My blood pressure started slowly increasing even while in the HBP meds. I found several papers that showed that melatonin can interfere and block HBP medications. This was a great surprise to me and I wanted to alert others that may be taking this combination.

Thank you! Dr. Berg. I finally found a doctor who has all the answers to my questions in my mind. Specially taking care of our pineal and avoiding flouride, I hope I could watch more how to avoid flouride and how to take care of our pineal, its been a while I missed a lot and did not care about my health so this is me today diabetic but by watching your videos I am so full of hope. 💗💗💗 I love watching your videos although I am not a native American, I can clearly understand your explanation. May the Lord, Universe or what you called whatever will bless you 100 times, you are helping a lot of people who need your knowledge. 💗💗💗

I took Melatonin for 30 nights. I found it affected my eyes so I stopped. Makes sense to me about optical nerve affect. Thank you!

I took melatonin 1 time and it seems to have boosts my melatonin production bc it seems I get very tired around the same time every night. I only took it once not everyday but 1 time!

Ahhh! I just watched a video stating how great melatonin tablets and topical melatonin is for us. Also, every time I go to the dentist they have always recommended a fluoride treatment!! No wonder people are so confused about healthy living in all areas!!! 😞
