I just found out about this stuff 2 months ago. It normally takes me 2-3 hours to fall asleep. With this I’m out in 20 mins. It’s incredible.

Better using this than getting no sleep at all

Doesn’t anyone else get really vivid dreams? Like my brain straight up creates a new world with sub plots and I wake up like I slept for 20 hours. Btw I take 10 mg max

I think there is bigger risk not getting sleep.

There's no long term studies done that prove it's harmful. If they ever need to do one, I'm in. I take it all the time (shift worker) and it's great. I'm never drowsy and have had no bad effects for 8 years.

When health experts warn against something you should always do the opposite.

That didn't sound like risks at all. What was the purpose of this video? It actually made me think more positive about it. Normally risks of drugs are much more severe, this one sounds very riskfree for your body

Me:*Looks at 12 mg bottle*
Also me: Well Shit.. time to go to sleep.

They really dont say anything about any risk here in this clip. Just stating the obvious.

So @ 1:24 it shows the drug companies that this news station suggests you buy from as a reputable source for the supplement. While at the same time using scare tactics to move consumers away from other independent suppliers. Considering that corporate America owns vast news networks, and buys time for comercial based broadcasting of news stories. This seems like a pretty shady story. What news group would run this story, unless new breakthroughs were found through scientific research?

I use sustained release with gastrointestinal support. This drug was a blessing to me. I haven't slept so well in 15 or 20 years!

I take 1.5 mg to 3mg 4-5 days a week. It really helps me sleep. You guys should start with very low doses from 0.5 and see what works. And about side effects. Yes it sometimes does make u feel sleepy next day but that is because of high doses like 5-10mg or more. Also take it at around 8pm if u sleep at 10pm. If u take it at like 11.30pm or mid night it surely with be in your bloodstream till afternoon thus u can feel dizzy.

Every drug on the market has a huge list of side effects seriously

I notice that ALL news outlets emphasize the supposed side effects while downplaying the benefits anything that actually helps and will prevent someone from going to the doctor to get a prescription is painted in a bad picture.

My body is sensitive to anything I put in it. Recently I took melatonin to sleep, about 6 mg. Apparently way too much for me. I was so drowsy the entire next day and my heart was beating fast. I also experienced some nausea and anxiety. I would definitely start off with a small dose to see how your body responds to it

Grogginess and don't drive while taking melatonin. That sounds like the intended effect, not risks.

I've been taking around 100mg per day for 8 years, and I've never experienced any problems....so exactly when do negative side effects kick in?
