You are correct in advising micro growth will occur as foods age in the fridge. My friends and family will tell you that I am not nerdy, but am a food scientist. Once again, thanks for your sage advise!

I stumbled upon your videos and you are delightful! I love how you are growing many of your ingredients on your farm. You are classy and charming and I would love to see more videos about your favorite kitchen tools and would love to see a detailed lesson of how you learned to cut onions!

I made your no-hamburger spaghetti sauce. Yummy! Served it over some oven roasted veggies (carrots, potatoes, peppers, onions). So good! Thank you.

I live for #4. I either save meals as another dinner when I have a busy week or smaller lunches so I stay on track with healthy meals and my budget. ❤

I sort of meal prep...I don't have a specific day or system but I always cook enough for another meal later in the week and I make soups and freeze a couple quarts for days when I don't feel like cooking. Where I'm lacking is the snack department. You've encouraged me to make some hummus today and prep some celery, carrots, and cucumber.

Ha! I am sixth of seven. My brother N is in your position. He was my parents’ golden child. Were you the one who could do no wrong among your siblings? I’ll admit that in many ways he was and is the best of us all.

Great video. I have found that cooking every few days and saving leftovers for just one or two additional meals works for me. I too hate to waste food.

Caroline, I love watching your channel! I get so excited when I see a new video notification from you! Everything you cook looks so yummy and healthy. Today, I made your cauliflower and cannellini bean soup and it was wonderful! I have severe digestive problems and I’m working hard to try to heal myself using real, whole food. Thanks for all the tasty Mediterranean ideas! Regards all the way from West Virginia, USA!

Thanks Caroline, I’m getting myself organised now, not as well as you, but my wastage is way down on before.
I’ve been using the glass storage for the past year and it works a treat. My boys can also get involved when it comes to deciding what to eat if they can see what’s prepped or leftover.
Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺

Thank you for your wonderful videos, I've learned so much!
I noticed your drawer of grains and loved it. Would you show us how you store your food?

I can relate to number 7. As the youngest of 6 and 10 years younger than #5 I had a lot of people telling me what to do. 😂 Learning to sift through the advice and examples to find what’s right for me is essential.

I don't really meal prep in advance except I am fine eating something for 2-3 days (depending on what it is of course). I'm retired so I have a lot more time than a working person of course. BTW, these are good ideas. Rainbow Plant life (she's vegan but the ideas would still work), says she makes a grain, roasted veggies, and a sauce or two and shows how to put this together (though I think this is really only safe for about 3 days in the refrigerator. I wouldn't be opposed but I don't feel the need. I still like your videos though.

This mom loves your meal prep! P.S. we finally got to go asparagus picking yesterday and our son had a blast! He tried a raw spear and looked very gross out but I have hope he'll enjoy the cooked ones! 😂

This is my biggest problem. I do not know how to get started and then do what I need to do after I get back with the stuff!! It's a never ending cycle.

On another note, that photo of the produce market was from your area? If so, my bag is packed and I am heading to the airport!!!
