*If you are working or engaged in other activities full time and content creation is something you do part-time, if you manage your time properly you can definitely upload one video per week.* *that's what I'm trying to do too and it seems really doable.*

I am very good at being distracted.
Whenever I find a new yt series, I watch all the episodes back to back and totally forget about making yt videos.

Well, atleast I am consistent at something.

This year, I'm planning to be more consistent without compromising my other priorities. Indeed, alloting a specific day for filming helps a lot to make your mind focused on your daily tasks. Thank you so much for these helpful tips. 😄

Your videos have helped me so much. I upload once a week every week and I have just recently reached the 4000 hours and had my channel monetized. Thank you for all the great tips!

Thanks Nick, even at 10k subs your videos are still helping me stay on track. I'm realizing that the things I did to grow in the beginning are things I need to maintain weekly to continue to grow. Thanks again man

I have just started batching! Last year I was horribly inconsistent, I just finished a batch of five videos and have scheduled them over this week and next. I’m still trying to get a day set for content creation. Thanks for the advise!

I just want to give you a BIG THANK YOU! I've been watching your videos and implementing them over the past week and a half. I've simply taken videos that I've already published, some over a year ago, and used your techniques to tag and code them. I just checked my stats and one of the videos I worked on a week ago has JUMPED in stats! 214% more views and 275% more watch time! OMG! I'm slowly but surely doing this to ALL my old videos and of course to my new ones as I release them. It's a very SLOW learning curve but as with anything on the internet, time and consistency is key. Thank you again!

2:00 I used to tell myself that if I forgot something in a video, I should a. leave it like that or b. record the whole thing over again because it's weird to have different clips in different outfits and stuff and for some reason thought that was unprofessional, so I'm happy to hear that from you!!

Batch videos like a sum biach! That's helps me stay consistent because I have lots of videos in the hopper ready to go. Especially helpful when I want to take a break. Having a content day and organizing your files are critical to success as well.

I’ve been doing this for a while, I can honestly say you tube as a small channel is hard. Like really hard. Even following tips, tricks, thumbnails etc it is draining, disheartening and makes you want to not bother anymore. But if you love doing it, just keep doing it and keep going. As long as you enjoy it that’s what matters 😃

I have a few problems with consistency. I used to upload once every maybe 2-3 days but now I haven't uploaded in 2 weeks..
This will be helpful!

You're the first "Youtube mentor" type that I have actually enjoyed. I dig that you don't hound people on hustling harder and actually give meaningful and insightful information to help get better at making youtube videos. Seems a lot more meaningful imo

In December 2014 I started uploading videos every other Saturday. In May 2017 I went from every other Saturday to every Saturday. In April 2019 I went from every Saturday to every Tuesday & Saturday (twice a week). Not sure if it's the schedule or if I just suck that hard but I have not seen an increase in growth. I've been stuck between 900 to 1600 subs a month since 2014.

Appreciated this one! Especially the tip about simplifying my videos. It’s a good tip that I apply to my workouts as well when life gets too hectic 👍🏽

Lol I liked your little skits. You should add that into every video. It also helped me watch till the end of the video because I wanted to see what the next skit would be 😀
