Summary - Think in cycles of on-time and off-time. Cycles would be periods of the highest on followed by periods of the deepest off, trying to be super on every single day, pushing the limits will only result in failure. Their is no need to be unkind to yourself, as the outside world will do that for you. Think in these cycles, with this mindset for consistency, you must be your own best friend.
