It's unfortunate people still believe you have to choose between quality or quantity. As long as you stay consistent and put in the work over years, naturally the quality improves without you having to slow down the quantity. At least that's what I've found.

Most people grossly overestimate what can be done in 4 weeks and vastly underestimate what can be achieved in 12 months.

The systems that promote consistency are the hardest to create. Everyone would like to be consistent, but not everyone can consistently re-design a plan to get them there.

When it comes to long-term success, consistency is king and trumps just about everything else.
If we are facing in the right direction, all we have to do is keep on walking.

Broo..the part where we have to focus on only 1 or 2 key areas and do things to improve those..gold..

I woke up at 7pm with the realization that I really need better habits. Went to YouTube and found this gem of a video. I think it's fair to say the universe is giving me an important sign. Thanks Captain Sinbad, you're the man! 💪🏽✨☮️

Same thing jordan peterson says...
He explained it by the compound graph too...
I think the compound graph should be a golden
Consistently achieving and winning will lead to success...and the amount of your success... Increases as long as you are consistent...

Cap, my feed's literally filled with your videos now, both old and new. The recent videos are quality, we all know that, but the old videos are like hidden gold. So much clarity and wisdom. Its amazing that how impactful your videos have been to me in the last few weeks. The interview with your father was I think one of your best recent videos, like I can relate to him about the fact that how competitive it is here in India in terms of entrance exams, and how frustrating it becomes when you drop a year to try for a second time. I am in fact in this exact situation, exams are like one month away and it felt great to listen to the conversation. The last part teared me up as well. Keep going bhaiya! Amazing video as usual. Cheers!

I'm 20, working a door to door sales job, and it's definitely been a struggle. Literally 3 days ago, I asked myself what I need to change to improve not just my sales numbers, but also forming better habits in general, and "consistency" was what I came up with. Now this video only proves what I was thinking and is a huge help so THANK YOU!!

1️⃣ Understand the power of consistency. Make it one of your values. Use work flows.
2️⃣ Choose 1-3 goals.
3️⃣Choose 1 habit that aligns with your result. HOTD and exercise are Nikhil’s things.
4️⃣ Write your habit with great intent. Be absolutely serious about
5️⃣Use a habit tracker.
6️⃣Make your environment as conducive to the habit as possible like keeping stuff related to habits close by
7️⃣ Go for a public display of accountability
8️⃣Visualise the gains from the momentum made

Picking 3 goals is an underrated rule. Too many times I’ve caught myself trying to tackle more than 3 and having it down spiral

I agree with all the points you have discussed. But I felt the one thing that was the difference between me being consistent and non consistent is my mind. If I do something I know is worthwhile before my mind could catch up and think, I eventually do it all the way till the end. For example, I know that a cold shower is good for health. So I enter the shower before my mind can talk me out of it or even pause my actions. That's how I was able to make a lot of positive changes, that too very quickly and consistently.

I think this is a brilliant point mentioned in Atomic Habits.
Your point on consistency at the end reminded me of what James Clear said in Atomic Habits:

A kettle boils water. At 70 degrees, nothing.
At 80 degrees, nothing.
At 90, nothing.
At 95, nothing.
At 96, 7, 8, 9, you are very close.
And finally at 100, the kettle has boiled the water.
Was it a waste of time for the kettle to get to 70, 80, 90?
No. Your efforts are not wasted. They are stored.

Been following your channel since college and when I graduated two years ago, I started my agency despite my Indian parent's expectations. Every time I watch your videos, I am pumped to improve myself and tbh my agency is at a turning point now. So glad to be a part of your journey and you being a part of mine. Thank you!

There's something truly peaceful about hearing Captain say "Greatness is Coming" in his typical fashion after all the videos he's made and after how far both he and I have gotten in our respective journeys since when I started watching him. Gets me grounded and fired up at the same time once again.

I have an idea:
You have already read a ton of books about self development etc. so you can make a website summarizing each book and your favorite points about it
