I always serve these ribs up with a combination of veggies, but you can use mashed potatoes or fries too. Use the sauce of your choice but just make sure it is a good quality.

Hey Dave, thanks a lot for this recipe, it's perfect ! I did it twice and it's absolutely delicious ! Instead of BBQ sauce I use 2 parts ketchup 1 part Sriracha sauce, perfect for people who loves it spicy ;)

Simple and delicious. I used smoked paprika and it was superb. Thank you for this recipe. These ribs took place over my daughter's favorite dish of my spaghetti....lol.

third time making them, I added a liquid yellow mustard as a binder myself, mainly needed for side down so run sticks to meat.
