ingredients:
1 rack spare ribs / 4lbs
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp pork rub
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tbsp sazon
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp complete seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar

ribs should be cooked uncovered.

Hi! I came across your recipe as I was searching for a different way to cook my ribs in the oven. I followed your recipe with the exception of a couple of seasonings I didn't have; I just replaced them with something else and used avocado oil. These were the best ribs I've ever made in the oven. You're right, no sauce is needed and they had the perfect texture and tenderness. Thank you! This will be the way I cook them from now on.
