What helped my social anxiety was just not giving af as much. There's a mindfulness book called "30 Days to Stop Giving a Shit" by Corin Devaso that I found helpful.

Thanks for everything you do!!! As a young 20 year old I used to eat like shit but now I almost completely cut off junk food and only stick to drinking water and maybe a energy drink once in a while. My diet is still not the best I still go get fast food from time to time but I can already see improvement with my health 💯

Any advice on how to up my red 40 intake? I've tried mixing it in with seed oils and my fruit loops at breakfast but want to pump my daily intake (really looking to improve my gut health right now). Do you recommend combining with Blue 1 and blending with my vegan meat substitutes into patties, or just sprinkling extra onto my hot cheetos as a midnight snack? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Totally honest here, awhile back, I clicked on your thumbnail because I thought this guy is cute and a bit different. Relax! I'm not hitting on you. I'm glad that I did and found a little about you and your business. You are very enterprising and entertaining and filled with knowledge. I worked 4 different Health food stores from yrs. old to 30 yrs. I learned and tried many supplements-Vitamins and herbs etc. Some helped and some didn't. I remember a natural/organic brownie that was delicious. I'm not so into that now, yet would to be healthier, Take care!

I already beat it my problem is the reactions my body has to it. Im able to stop myself from not doing stuff due to anxiety but i sweat and shake, and get extremely cold hands when in public

If I have practice 2 nights a week where I don’t get home till 10:30 when I normally sleep at 9? Should I adjust my sleep time to go to bed at around 11 all week or only on the practice nights then just go to bed at 9 the rest of the week? Since I have school the latest I could sleep till is 6:50 so it’s kinda tuff
