Shredded but no abs? #Shorts

what 12% body fat looks like but no abs to display! Very similar to the rock's abs. As I progressed in my lifting career it seems like I store more of my fat in my core area. It's not the fact that I have poor ab genetics like the Rock.

Lighting can make a big difference, too. And yeah, people just hold fat differently. So you can be super lean everywhere else, but what remains might just want to cling to the stomach.

Guys, please remember that these bodybuilders lose a huge amount of body fat to have a six pack, and they most likely don't look like that year round. Be happy with your growth and progress! Don't let yourself be discouraged.

Everyone's genetics are different, but this shows you can still look amazing with 0 abs

Funny cuz I read that some guys have a hard time getting their veins to show on their arms but you can see their abs.

All of the people I know with abs have told me it’s hell to maintain. You still have a physique most people including me are jealous of regardless personally I like how it looks

I don't think it's the not being lean enough, personally I think the reason behind this is that you don't have abs that are muscular enough to show themselves, remember if you have thick abs that carry alot of muscle they may be more visible in higher bodyfats
