I am 72 and can work hard on our farm but this workout kicked my butt. My attitude is positive, though, because you are such an encouraging person with no bullying. You are so respectful and I appreciate you. Even changing from 3# weights to no weights, I could not do all 40 seconds of each one. I have osteoporosis and serioisly plan to continue. I want to strengthen my muscles and bones. Thank you!

I love that you keep filming even when out of sync! It feels more like you are a “real” person.

Also wondering what you will suggest after day 12? It’s been nice not having to think about what exercise I’m going to do each day. I just tell my husband I’m off to see what PJ has for me today.

Interesting workout, I really liked the 3rd move, kickbacks with the cross over arms. I had to switch up to 2lb wts, 3 felt like 10!! Stay well🌺

Day 11 done! This challenge has just flown by! Today I had both Mushi and Kitaro coaching me (and bathing each other, which was just super sweet). The 3 of us really enjoyed the workout ;) 🐱🐱 Thanks for the quick sweat, not to mention the burning arms and abs!

Thank you. I skipped the cardio part due to swimming 3200 meters this morning 😅 that core work out was fabulous! I did three round. Looking forward to day 12 tomorrow 🎉

That was a lot of fun. Although I one move where you cross your arms in front, I wasn't very coordinated and hit my elbow with the weight...Ouch!!

loved this one! thanks PJ ❤ My sister and i are doing the challenge and even made it through a 4 day Christmas visit at our moms ! we rocked some 2 liter tonic water "substitute weights" as well as some large ass cranberry and clamato bottles! lol whoop whoop
