We always need Clarity on differences when it comes to vitamins. Not to mention what' to STAY AWAY from..shame on companies who offer poor quality, use fillers and unhealthy add ons.

Please remember, do not take all of these together. Nor should you go over the daily recommended limit for Magnesium.

Much better than the other reel just about which magnesium to avoid. Kudos to making it better.

Finally someone got this right! I've tell everyone to use this combination. I was in excruciating pain for years because my magnesium was constantly being depleted. I decided to use a combination magnesium supplement and increase my vitamin B1 and B6. I was told I had tendonitis in my ankle and foot. Turns out the excruciating pain I was experiencing in my ankle and foot was related to magnesium and vitamin b1 and b6 deficiency.

More in-depth breakdown of magnesium, supplementation and science:

Magnesium Salt which is magnesium chloride absorbs at 30 to 40% and is an excellent electrolyte form (negatively ionized), salt magnesium absorbs very quickly with water and is excellent for hydration, neurological and stomach acid support. Overall, the negative ions like chloride found in salt and others in fresh fruits and vegetables allow water to be pulled through the cell membrane. Then, the hydrogen molecule in the water breaks off and acts like an antioxidant binding to potentially corruptive compounds.
Any magnesium bound to amino acids is “chelated.” There are two common types of chelation, single chelation(40% absorption) and double chelation.(80% absorption)
Single chelation means the minerals are bound to one amino acid.(magnesium Taurate, mag. glycinate, mag. Threonate, etc…).
Double chelation means the minerals are bound to two amino acids.(magnesium lycinate glycinate and magnesium bisglycinate)
Magnesium citrate, magnesium carbonate, and magnesium oxide, all absorb around 2% and mostly are beneficial for their laxative effects directly facilitating or allowing the musculature in the intestines to relax
There are more than 700 different chemical interactions in the body that utilize magnesium. As there are different ways for magnesium to be utilized in the body, it is a good idea to not only combined it with any amino acid/easily digested protein, supplement different forms of magnesium, but also combine as found in the Whole Foods sources with potassium. Potassium facilitates minerals to be assimilated or transported to where they need to go in the body.

Good dietary sources and magnesium include hemp seeds, nuts, and most other seeds, as well as leafy greens, and any other source of chlorophyll.

Your content is exceptional. I hope you will expose everyone to the different types of fluoride at some point, so that people - especially dentists - start to learn there is a significant chemical difference between them and how they impact the body.

Epsom salts is also primarily based on magnesium, which is why it helps sore and aching muscles. Magnesium lactate is harder to find but also absorbs really well; and stopped my one, two, 3 am Charley horse severe muscle cramps in my legs - it was agony.

Most women with morning sickness are deficient in magnesium. (Nurse talking here.)

It a great that you actually covered the different types of magnesium. Most are like “you need to take magnesium” but never are specific on which types.
