Please note Himalayan salt IS NOT same as Sea Salt. And it's the pink salt or Himalayan salt that's really beneficial for us.

I had a question on the Quinoa, is this something that one should use everyday as a healthy food, or does it have drawbacks and used mainly as a replacement food for other foods?
I purchased a $50 bag of quinoa awhile back, used it once or twice and havent touched it since.
I worry its something that isnt as healthy as it claims, especially in the long run - but more of a food thats used as a replacement for grains, meaning its something that is good for you, but only in the sense that its better than grains - not in the sense that its extremely healthy and great for your health in general.
Is this true?
Or is this a type of food that can be used in your day to day life to promote health and vitality overall, like say in comparison to vegetables and how they are beneficial to the body and promote longevity.
Does Quinoa promote longevity on its own?

How does one know that they messed up on mixing too many things together in a smoothies (in particular)?? I wanna make a steel-oat, celery, honey, cinnamon, chia seed smoothie, but I don't know if any of those clashes with another ingredient (much like how I heard tomatoes ingested with cucumbers dilute or cancel out the benefits of each other).

I am just saying if you are on a diet you should not have sugar of any kind whether natural or refined or any kind its the only way to really diet look it up

Corina you have to remember sugar is sugar whether regular sugar or coconut sugar it is simply not good for you at all. the same with flour it is loaded with carbs which are not good for you either thanks Robert
