Dooku was a fantastic villain I think because he was mostly correct about a lot of things. Not a mindless corrupt bad guy.

God Bless Christopher Lee. One of the few actors that could play a nobelman without uttering a single word.

Ironically Dooku taught Qui-gon to think outside the box and to listen to the force, he was the one that showed him the holocron that told the story of the Chosen One. And he trained the guy that trained the guy that trained the guy that killed him. Dooku was impeccable in Lightsaber combat, he was patient and analytical in fighting, thinking 5 steps ahead. If he remained in the Jedi order and was around to guide Obi-wan after Qui-gon’s death then no doubt he would have taught Anakin how to be patient and powerful. He would have been able to do what Obi-wan couldn’t and be a father figure to Anakin.

If you know the expanded lore, Dooku is a pretty good representation of what happens when a group has lost its way but refuses to allow reform from within. When you refuse to address the issues and needs of the people when they come with words and arguments don't be surprised when they return with torches and pitchforks.

Count Dooku is my favorite character in Star Wars. A dark reflection of Obi-Wan and a predecessor to what Sidious would be as Emperor. A display of how the height of the Jedi, one of their best, most capable Jedi Masters, turned into the man who, had he broken faith with Sidious, likely could have ruled the galaxy. Love Dooku, love the CIS.

Dooku was extremely skilled with saber . There's a reason sidious never sparred with him . He didn't want dooku to know he was more skilled than him

Christopher Lee was an amazing actor in two beloved fantasy sagas. Rest in Peace

He wished Qui-Gon were with him to help explain to Obi-wan about Sidious

I do not even see Dooku as a true sith he was more of a really dark grey force user. He was never consumed with anger or hate more indifference. There were just so few people that he respected in any way and everyone else was so beneath him that it did not matter what happened to them. He always had his own code and lived by that.

Also you should make what if Count Dooku never left the Jedi Order and he and Qui-Gon Jinn went to Naboo also since he windu and yoda were equals Yoda Grand Master Mace Windu Master of the order maybe Count Dooku if he had stayed he could have used his count name to become Supreme Chancellor or become Battle Master you can do a what if about those two generations tech

If Qui-Gon Jinn is actually still alive, what will he agree and disagree with Count Dooku?

Generations tech if I'm being honest Qui-Gon Jinn was the best student and Apprentice Count Dooku trained before him and Ventress because in a way quaigon was like Dooku

Since The Jedi Order saw that Count Dooku became a full blown traitor I wondered what they did to his bust in the Jedi Archives?

That is something I hoped they had put into the Son of Dathomir, Count Dooku confronting Maul of the death of his student. Instead, all we got were glares.

It’s not just that Jinn died but that the council was indirectly responsible for his death

Isn't it funny how the younger pictures of Count Dooku look more like Nick Cage than Chris Lee? You can't unsee it, can you? 😉
