how i learned it was by simply lifting my legs up so high in an instant, basically like jumping but i did all these steps, i just jumped using my hips (little bit) and both my legs up, it only lifted it for about 1-2 second for the headstand, but eventually i was able to control the ground with my hands even stronger and keep my legs up making them not fall the moment i make them “jump”

pretty weird explanation and hard to explain, but it worked for me

I use my bed it helps alot if your still practicing a headstand so when you fall there will be a soft surface😊

No. Starting with a wall helps a LOT, especially with us more out of shape people.

Do use the wall but do head stand by the wall to save you in the beginning from falling wrong and twisting neck it’s for guidance and accident proofing

I did this USING A WALL. In one go and I was shocked. As you do it with the wall, try to slowly not using the wall. You'll slowly get used to it. Use a wall. You can do it in one go you just have to use your core if you can
