Charlie I find it difficult to put the balance on my arms ? Can you explain why ? Now I’m so frightened I’ll fall again as I did before and hurt my neck. I am better but ended up with narrowing of the cervical canal. I still enjoy my yoga but very very wary now of doing any head stands … any advice pls

Ok but why does the distance seems to close to the wall when i do it ? If i straighten my legs my shoulders would no longer be over my wrists ... help??

thank you much because since you teach me this i tried really hard accually i can put my feet up the air (just need to keep my legs straight in the air i really appreaciate you its a bit hard im 11 years old.

Suggestion #2, make sure your feet are clean before doing this if you don’t want footprints all over your wall 😂
