Supplements are often talked about as one of the ways to overcome social anxiety.

Over the years, I've spent $100s on supplements in my effort to beat social anxiety: everything from Reishi mushrooms to Magnesium, Ashwagandha, Zinc, vitamin D and B-12 to L-Theanine.

I also have friends, family and coaching clients that have used all kinds of natural remedies, herbs and supplements to try to combat their anxiety and depression.

If you're watching this video, then I'm sure you've also experimented with supplements as a way to reduce your social anxiety. Or perhaps you haven't yet and are looking for the best supplements to help with your social anxiety symptoms.

I have been struggling with social anxiety disorder for almost 8 years now. I did try every supplement on the market and they help a little bit, but CBT and body scan meditation have much greater impact on my social anxiety. Also try experimenting with imagination/visualization. Try to visualize one moment in your life where you felt your self-esteem is at its highest. Where you could be really proud of yourself. Stay in that moment for a while and your social anxiety will decrease dramatically. Peacee :)

I eat fresh fruit and veggies everyday, meditate, get good sleep, catch some waves at the beach, and not care about the world and it’s crappy dramas. I do take Spirulina

I feel you. It’s so frustrating to find stuff that works. I have taken l-theanine, 3 different brands of CBD, 5 HTP, magnesium, lysine, and others. Theanine calmed me but gave me night attacks. Magnesium makes my heart race, 5 HTP made me moody, and only one CBD took an edge off. Not worth $70, though. Lol. I don’t knock those who are taking medication, because it seems to help them. Anxiety is exhausting. if my blood sugar is leveled and I repeat mantras in my head, it keeps the anxiety at bay. I’m glad i found your video!

Hello Doctor.. When facing people or standing on stage, I feel anxious, trembling, increased heart rate, and excessive sweating.. When I use propanol, the tremors disappear and I feel much better, but I suffer from asthma, and propanol has negatively affected the health of my lungs.. Is there anything Natural supplements that have the same effect as beta blockers

I've tried everything you mentioned as well with no real big effect. L-Theanine is the only one that I've experienced Zero adverse effects? like you don't even know you've taken anything? but also I just can't say for sure if it helps at all with Anxiety? I kinda feel it may help a bit? but again its hard to tell...

You may have pyroluria because your mom has sad too.

Pyroluria-> low b 6, zinc n omega 6

If you intake this in adequate proportion, u should get better

Otherwise

You must be suffering from candida or SIBO. Kill the bacteria, get permanent relief.

You spent so much money on supplements when theres millions of good reviews on Phenibut. Its life changing for social anxiety. Been taking it for years and no side effects.

Ashwaganda and l theanine helps absolutely for people who have real mental issues can notice the great effects others will say it does nothing
