Walk day one and without a brace day 2
Exercise: run day 3 to 5
Rest on day 6
Exercise run from day 7 till the day its healed

0:24 WTF? 48H until 72H? THAT'S THE WORST YOU CAN DO!! and that's so unnecessary so please DO NOT DO THIS!! This is delaying healing so hatd and definitely doesn't affect anything. Ist is senseless and you should not do this
