30-Minute Strength & Sculpt Fat Burning Circuit (Burn 300Cals!) | Joanna Soh

This "Strength & Sculpt" class shifts your body into high gear through an intense muscle endurance and strength workout. It is a low-impact workout that uses dumbbells to condition and sculpt the entire body. We’ll start with compound exercises followed by upper body and end with core/ab exercises. It will boost your metabolism, increase lean muscle, burn fat and tone your body!

Duration: 30 minutes
Workout Interval: 3 circuits, 4 exercises each repeated twice.
Estimated Calories Burned: 220 - 350 Cals
Equipments: A pair of medium-weight dumbbells, 3 - 5kgs and a pair of light weight dumbbells, 1 - 2kgs. (You can also improvise by using water bottles, or canned goods in place of the weights!)

I'm on my 19th day of the 30 Day Challenge and I've lost 2kgs already! I'm mixing up her exercises, adding 1 video on the assigned work out for the day. There are some days I skip cos my body is so sore haha but I just continue where I've left off. Thank you, Joanna, for making this and for always being so encouraging! My favorites are the strength and conditioning work outs. This one in particular I like so much cos it targets the whole body. More power to you and Terrence! 🥰

For her 15 minutes workout, i take 35-40 mins. And for half hour workouts i easily take 1 hour. I try to pace myself with her...but she is superwoman...!! No matter how many times i do her workouts i am always panting and crying. Thanks you Joanna for these amazing workouts.

I just finished this workout and I absolutely loved it! I did Joanna’s 10, 000 Step Challenge video before this one, and the two videos together are an awesome combo of cardio and strength training. My whole body is completely drenched. What I really love is that her videos are inclusive to everyone at every fitness level.

Was drenched in sweat after this workout 😰 I really enjoyed to do this 30minutes circuit though 😊
I hope to see a routine on how to tighten the loose skin around the lower abdomen 😊

The flutter kicks and side to side heel tap really got me in the end! I think I felt it in my core after a really long time! But loved loved loved it!!

Thank you! I did it today and I'm really sweating! Enjoyed a lot, mostly the weighted sumo squat! This is a big help to us due to lockdown we can't go to gym. Keep sharing more workout! 💪❤️

💪🏻 first time doing this video and I thought it was great. You get so much good movement and cardio packed into a quick package. I discovered when my kid’s school sent the ten minute teen workout, which is awesome and I’ve been doing regularly since Covid. Love these workouts!
