The bible is very clear - the Sabbath is the seventh day which is Saturday

With respect, I think the day of crucifixion of Jesus was Friday, and Saturday the Sabbath (John 19:42). Sunday, the 3rd day, Jesus is risen. Sunday is the first day of the week (John 20:1).

If the 10 commandments are the law, the Sabbath is included in the law

Exodus 20:8-10. Remember the Sabbath “DAY…” the 4th commandment. God wrote the 10 commandments with His own finger.

I have discovered it only recently during a fellowship. The Sabbath Day is meant for us people. Not as a ritual, like many misguided people do.
The Lord wants us to rest, so that we dont exhaust ourselves. We all work hard and everything, and to be fair, it is very merciful of Him. Others everyone would work themselves to the bone.
For example, I work 6 days with varying shifts and have 4 days off. Then my cycle starts over again.
I always take 1 of my days off to just do nothing. The Lord asked me to rest one day and I can choose which one. Now I see the Sabbath different. It feels truly like a resting day.
Dear Lord, I thank You for showing Your way to me. Me, an unworthy sinner of Your mercy. You know my weaknesses, but know how to treat me properly. I am blessed to have You in my life.

In the 4th Commandment of the Bilbe, it says "Thou shall keep the Sabbath day holy". Its a literal day which we need to keep it holy.

Saturday is the Sabbath day. Jesus is the LORD of the Sabbath.
Seventh-day Adventist Church are keeping the Seventh-day Sabbath according to the bible.

The papacy admits they changed the day from Saturday to Sunday. I will keep Gods true Sabbath and see glory.

Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.
Isaiah 56:2, 4, 6
2 Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
4 For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;

As a seventh day adventist who has worshipped and rested on the saturday for the past 15yrs and has only been considerihg converting to eastern Orthodoxy in the past couple of weeks, i found this extremely insightful in finding the closest truth to my lord and savior Jesus Christ

Remember the 7th day. Do you have any back up scripture which qualifies Sunday worship?

God did make the earth in 6 days. Just like Jesus turned water into wine in an instant. Where do you think that the sugar came from. Where do you think that the yeast came from. Where do you think that the skin of the grape went to make the wine. When there was only water. Where did the alcohol come from. The process to make wine takes years. And He made the best wine. This is a declaration that He is outside space and time. So if God said He made it in six days He did make it in six days.

Saturday in Swedish is Lördag and Denmark and Norway use a different spelling, Lørdag.
