Finally some one telling the truth, ive ask pastors that question for years and all i got was oh it doesnt matter as long as you worship the Lord. There is no church in my area following God's law so i read the bible and pray starting sundown friday till sundown saturday and i feel more of God's presents than ever, so thank you for following God's laws.

When I was in my 20's I worked in the medical field. I did my best to get others to work on Friday nights so I could have it off. There were times when I couldn't find anyone to trade with me so when I did have to work on Friday nights, I always donated that nights pay to the church. I never kept it. It was like helping others, without pay. I felt that was what Jesus would want from me since I had to go into the Hospital on the Sabbath. I felt blessed to help other, for free on the Sabbath. Thank you for this video hope it does help some to honor God's Holy Day.

I thought only Jews were told to celebrate the Sabbath..then today, I was reading Isaiah 56 and my eyes got HUGE as I read it. It clearly promises blessing to "Strangers who serve him" I honestly had no idea!!! Well, from now on I will definitely be obedient and Honor the Sabbath!! That's why I'm here...lol

Amen!!! Today is my first Saturday In celebration to the sabbath! I have committed to serving The Lord. & while reading my Bible, I allow the Lord to explain to me how to follow him! When he explained this to me. I said ok God, I’m dropping work on this day. This say I made plenty of money at work. But my God is even the creature of money. Not ashamed of this but now realize how to enjoy the Sabbath. Never really practiced it. So, a nice day out with my best friend Gunner the German Shepard, listen and read about Gods Word, pic up some ingredients and make a nice dinner, relax, nap, and praise and pray all day long. Visit with the sick and pray with them. Visit homes of the elderly and indisposed. Feed the hungry. Comfort the bereaved. Sing and pray with homeless children and do fun, godly activities with them.

When God called me to start my business last year, I felt that he was calling me to observe the sabbath. I ddnt know why. I was always under the impression, as I’ve been taught, that it doesn’t matter. We’re not under the law (which is true) so we don’t have to obey it (not true). So when God called me, I took a bit of time to do this. Then when I decided that I will, I felt like I ddnt deserve to take a break. Since I’m working for myself, I would go days and months procrastinating and not getting things done. So I felt like I shouldn’t take a break cos I didn’t do any work. Hence, I didn’t deserve to. I eventually forgot all about the sabbath. Fast forward to today (Saturday), I’m reading the Bible, in the book of Isaiah and I read about 10 chapters till I got to chapter 58 which talks about the sabbath. It reminded me that God wanted me to observe it (it was His instruction for me which I disobeyed and neglected). I read that part over and over (verse 13-14) trying to understand it. I went on Google and found New Testament scripture where Jesus talks about the sabbath. I decided that I’m going to observe the sabbath today even though I’m a bit late and really want to get work done as I’ve been lacking during the week. But, I thought let me come to YouTube to know what to do and how, searched and searched and came across your video. You spoke on the points I was confused about. Thank you very much. Next time, in order for me not to feel guilty for keeping the sabbath holy and taking a break from work, I need to get my things together and do my work during the week, plan well so that I can take this God-ordained break without guilt🙆🏽‍♀️.
