In 30 days with this diet, cutting out cardio and 3 times a week in the gym with weights, I lost 3 kg on the scale, gained 1.7 kg of muscle and lost 7% fat (from 31% to 24% body fat percentage)

i nevr counted calrioes i was fat af I simply took all junk food out of diet and just ate good food I lost all my fat in less then 2 months now I'm shredded and healthy I'm being doing this tactic for a while now and it works great

I agree but I count calories as it’s a numbers game whether u have 100 calories of broccoli or chocolate

I tried this before and yet still gain some weight while trying to avoid all processed food at all costs but still doesn't work in the long run. Maybe, he's right in some ways because processed food will not make you feel fuller so that's why you starting to crave more, eat more than your body needs. By now, I don't eat some sugary foods likes chocolates, ice cream, cakes, soda, candies, junk food just like what he said and yes, the results is amazing! I may not look like a bodybuilder but pretty much to be called in a good shape. As an endomorph, I easily gain weight that's why I need to track my calories on a daily basis but not as strict as it should be.

Incorrect, If you are in a calorie surplus you will gain weight even if you eat the healthier food

The reason why people gain weight in the first place is by overeating there calories consistently over a period of time. So now go figure and work backwards...

Completely disagree man. Eating healthy whole nutrient dense foods is great yes! Especially after eating adequate protein amounts to improve satiety and burn more calories due to its thermic effect. However people can still eat healthy nutrient dense foods and go over their TDEE. As for staying away from junk food completely and not eating anything “out of box” you have created a restricted diet. Something the average person who is trying to lose weight cannot commit to. You want a strict diet that encompasses foods an individual likes. That way it’s more sustainable. Strict diet, not a restricted diet.

Your theory is based on the assumption that everyone is the same and everyone will be able to do this. However I must say pointing out information like this will lead people down the wrong path. And assuming they do lose the weight and look good from your methods, all they will know is that. They will never know a life where they can still enjoy the foods they love and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

If you're trying to bulk you need to count your calories, I'm eating whole foods but suddenly I reach a weight number and 1 week after I was losing weight because I wasn't eating on a calorie surplus so I did count my calories then to see what the hell was wrong .
