This 10 minute workout uses gentle moves to prepare your body for labor. All of these exercises are safe to do during pregnancy, as long as you have been cleared by your doctor or midwife for pregnancy. Exercise is recommended to naturally induce labor, however, there is no guarantee. Please only attempt to induce labor if your doctor or midwife has agreed you are ready (usually 37 weeks and beyond).

Hi pregnant mamas! I did this workout March 20, 2024 following a membrane sweep. Water broke march 21 and had the baby on March 22. Give this a try, it worked on me. Coming back postpartum to comment this because it was worth it for me - it saved me from an induction (induction due to medical reason)

I was 39 weeks pregnant! I did this & within two days my water broke. God and this video helped me. Highly Recommended! I delivered Monday.

I tried this workout on 38 weeks N 4 days... After 12hrs I started having contractions and the next morning was blessed with a baby boy😌

I tried this for 3 days, twice a day at the end of 37 week. 38 week 3 days I delivered a beautiful girl after 3 hours of labor. Worth trying and trusting comments 👍👍

Either the above Video is magical or Amy is a Genius....My wife tried this workout at 39 week 4 days.. she was able to do half.. and planned to continue the next day, next day morning she was having contractions.. and we had a baby girl by evng...(ps: normal).. hats off

I did this exercise and I only labored for 45minutes . Was dilating to 5cm, with no labor pains . Thank you for this

Okay ladies I came back to this video because… IT ABSOLUTELY WORKED FOR ME! I just had to let you guys know about what happened. So, I did this work out at say 9pm on the 3rd of July. When I woke up the next morning, he had dropped over night!! Also I was 39 weeks exactly.
I started having contractions all day on the 4th. At 1pm on the 5th of July, I was headed to the hospital in full blown labor!
I had him at 7:30pm, July 5th. Best wishes to all your pregnant mommy’s!!
I just had to brag about what this workout did for me! I was so skeptical 🤣 nope! Not anymore. Works like a charm.

Omg this exercise is magic... I read the comments and I was like “whatever y’all”. But I was 39weeks and 5days, tried this exercise for the first time, did the whole thing and bam about 30mins later I was in labor. My water broke, pushed without an epidural.. thanks y’all. I love this video

I did this workout 3 times in one day for the first time, a few hours apart. I literally went into labor the next night!!! I was in labor for 2 1/2 days & now my baby girl is almost 7 weeks old. This workout REALLY WORKS!!!

I did this workout in November 2020 when I was about 12 hours into contractions. In another 12 hours I had my baby boy. Thank you Amy!!

Did this workout twice a day for 2 weeks and this really helped me a lot. I went to the hospital 4cm dilated and went fully dilated 6hrs later. Also, i was only in labour for 2 hrs (started when i was 8cm dilated) and it only took me 3-4 pushes before i met my baby girl 🥰.

I was 39 weeks and 3 days when I tried this for the first time and few hours after my water broke. Active labor for less than 6hrs for my 1st child. Thank you so much!! 💯

I’m 38 weeks. Did this last night around 8pm, lost my mucus plug today around 12 pm, Did it again after that & it’s now 6pm & I’m having contractions. Fingers crossed!

At 40 weeks+4 days, I was feeling pretty hopeless that I would go into labor naturally. My previous two kids were late by 2 weeks and 1 week, and I needed to be induced. I did this workout before dinner, went into labor after dinner, and had a baby in my arms by 1:15am. Pure magic!!
